why?

because my computer is being a bag of dicks and won't connect to the proxy server (????????? ??? ??) for some reason

which is really weird since literally no other computer in the house is having this problem

ive tried many a thing to get it working but will it???? NOPE

its really angering me ahahahahah,,,,,
